This bags has its upsides and downsides:

Ups:

Great Price.

Very simple.

Downs:

No small pockets for small items like keys or wallets.

Weak structural integrity because when you carry it, it has the tendency to fold up if there are slightly heavy things; this is caused mainly because the bottom of the bag does not have a support structure to prevent that.

Shoulder strap does have a cushion pad for the shoulder.

All in all, Not a bad bag. I had a good Nike bag before this, so maybe I''m just picky.

This gym bag was larger than I had thought it would be. The materials and overall bag are of fairly good construct (not cheap).

Couple of things that are tough to see from the picture:

>This bag actually has 4 small "feet"; though they don''t actually work unless the bag is full.

>There is no plastic sheet that helps keep the bags structure. That is, the bag has a tendency to collapse unless it is full.

Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

Bought this to replace a broken bag, it''s perfect. Looks exactly like the picture, but I agree with what other commenters said about there being no structure. I don''t need structure in my bag, so it''s perfect for me. There is no bad smell either, it just smells like fabric.

Through back to the good old days, plenty of space inside and the side compartment are large enough for your shoes.
