I have been looking around in stores for something not expensive and comfortable, and I have not found anything better than these. They are light weight and perfect for workouts at the gym. The fit seems true to size, maybe just a bit generous. I love them, they are just what I wanted.

I ordered two of these shirts a white one and a iron colored one. They are great shirts for working out. Very lightweight, breathable so they wont get heavy and wet with sweat. They also look really great, they have a great fit an a nice and classy ASICS logo on the sleeve. I highly recommend them. Just one warning though about the white colored shirt: It is very light colored and because of the material, so you can even see some flesh tone through it all over, and your nipples will show through very clearly. So don''t buy a white colored one unless you want your nipples showing through.

I purchased this product last jusy (when they still offered it in red) and have to say it made a huge difference. the fabric is very light and wicks away sweat very quickly, unlike the t-shirts i had worn for 9 years that got heavy and sticky after 2 miles.
I bought this with the hope that it would mimic Refromer exercises without having to pay $2,000-$3,000 for and actual reformer. What the band does is make classic pilates exercises easier, rather than adding much resistance. If you are a beginner, it is a good place to start, but if you are already expereined with Pilates mat work you will get a better workout by doing the mat series alone.

This routine works every part of your body and it definately takes Pilates to a new level. Pilates is very good for toning and stretching the muscles and this reformer adds more challenge to the routine which makes it more fun. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that I find myself getting my feet caught in the cords during the changes to the next exercise and that is kind of frustrating. We aren''t all graceful dancers so sometimes I have to stop the dvd to get situated for the next exercise. I expect that over time I''ll get better at it but I''d rather be focused on practicing my Pilates moves and not have to stop to get my cords right. The CorePlus Reformer is quite challenging, even for those proficient in Pilates. The DVD workout is helpful, but it was a bit difficult trying to watch the DVD while performing the exercises. The grips seemed to slide around somewhat, which was distracting and made it sometimes difficult to execute the exercises correctly. I would definitely recommend it but would caution beginners to go easy.
Does everything I need it to do. The step is adjustable. Able to change the height for various exercises or level of dificulty. The step is smaller than I visualized but still gets the job done. I use it in a personal training environment. Not sure how it would work for a group class with bigginers as the size of step is smaller than most group class steps I have seen.
Love the fit and feel of these shorts. Make sure to read the description cause they run small. Great buy if your looking for some soild shorts.

These bikini running underwear are very comfortable. They are a snug, but not tight, fit so they don''t ride up or chafe. The fabric is great for wicking away sweat and keeping you dry. After a ton of research I decided to purchase these to wear under my workout pants. I do High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 3 days a week and nothing else was working for me. I have gone without for many workouts, but there are certain times during the month when I don''t feel comfortable going commando. I wear tight capri leggings when I work out so you could totally see the underwear line. I''m sure they would not show at all if I was wearing looser pants. I was most impressed with the fact that these underwear did not move at all during my workout. The kettlebell is great the video is just so-so. The one I am used to using is 40 minutes long-this one is very short. One workout for beginners and one for more advanced. Basically 2 circuits repeated twice. Don''t buy this for the DVD--just the kettlebell.

Bought this machine thinking it was a good quality machine. Buyer beware this is a piece of garbage. The cage is flimsy steel, and if you put on any more than two 45 lb plates on the machine the metal smith bars buckle and make pushing up the weight dangerous as you have to move your body unevenly to guide it back into a parallel position on the smtih rack. If I could get someone to take this piece of garbage back I would. This machine at best is worth about $300 dollars, and the headache to put it together is unbelievable. A few simple upgrades in the components of this machine, like a heavy steel roller bar for the smith carriage, linear bearings and a higher quality of steel would make it worth the money, but none of that comes with this junk.

I purchased one of these units last Christmas for my home in SC, where my father and step-mother reside. I ordered it so that I could replace the aging gym that my father had purchased some 20+ years ago. When it arrived in two boxes, I wasn''t sure how long it would take to get together, but between my dad, myself and my son, we got it together in about 12-15 hours over a two day period. My 73 year old father was, and is, very pleased with it, as was I, and now I have a new gym to work out when I at home. I was so pleased with it, in fact, that when I returned to my work residence in Virginia, I was looking to order one for the spare-bedroom converted to a gym in my rental house. But for some reason, they appeared to be out of stock or unavailable for about six months. Then about 2 months ago, Amazon informed me that they were in stock and ordered immediately. It was delievered about 2 weeks later, and I began building it immediately. Having already assembled one, I knew exactly where to begin and what preparations needed to be made. An additional bonus was that some of the "building" appeared to have been eliminated, with large items that had once been "pieces" wer now "pre-fabed" into one, much more solid piece. After about a total of 8-9 hours of work (not including the time taken to lube/grease/oil the pin/fly wheels and bolts upon which the pulley wheels would ride), I had the entire gym completed and it works perfectly. I had read the very "negative" reviews before I purchased the initial model, as well as the negative reviews that appeared prior to my purchase of the second unit. Unless I just "got lucky" (not likely), these negative reviews were completely unfounded. I am as critical as anyone; but my gut tells me that 1) if these people did not, in fact, put this unit together using a little common sense (i.e. addressing the pulley wheel friction issue by pre-greasing and lubing INSIDE the pully wheels as well as the outside, the supporting bolts and the glide rods), 2) follow directions by not tightening bolts to tightly on moving parts (pulley wheels, etc...) and 3) not tightening stationary parts until completing the directions as directed, then your performance IS probably going to suffer. I know it doesn''t say anything in the directions about using grease and oil on the inside metal of the pulley wheels, but that is where "common sense" comes in... basic physics and mechanics, friction... This is a great product, make no mistake. Between this, my biking and kayaking, no excuses for not getting harder and maintaining my strength. The vast design improvements make it easier to construct since last years version and I highly recommend this product! As other writers have noted, the burnt rubber smell is extremely strong. I used a dedicated HEPA air filter and wrapped my mat in clear plastic to eliminate an apparent outgassing problem and minimize the odor. THis worked fine. The mat is indeed well-made and tough as the description stated.

While assembly was a bit trying, the end results are worth it. As a 40 year old man, I wanted to start working out again. That being said, I still find the bowflex to be a great homegym and I''m getting the results I desire. I''m not trying to get as huge as a wrestler, but the bowflex is changing my body and adding mass. Don''t pay attention to the bowflex commercials, where the guys are ripped to the bone. That just won''t happen on a bowflex machine, and I''m glad they''ve started showcasing real people with real results. For the average man or woman, this machine will deliver. With around 100 different exercises and variations, you can target all your muscles:legs, chest, arms, abs, back, and shoulders. I''m very please with the 10 months I''ve been on the machine. I wanted to write a review concerning the design flaw mentioned in the previous review. I to had this issue when I first got my bowflex and was quite frustrated...particularly when I read the review on this site. I decided to try turning the power rods around just to see if this worked and in my case it did. I had to unscrew each power rod from the base, turn it, ensure it locked into place, and then rescrew it back to the base. After doing this even the flimsy 5 pound rods no longer hit the cross bar. After doing this I contacted bowflex to see what they had to say about this issue. This is last year''s model and is the same model as the Extreme 2 SE, but without the ab crunch mechanism. The thing is, you''ll save about $500 or more buying the Extreme 2. You can later add the ab crunch mechanism for $199 or buy the preacher curl addition for $139 on the Bowflex websiteif you want it or really need it. The Extreme 2 is also better than the Extreme or the Extreme SE. You have more position options for overhead and squat exercises. You also don''t have to change cables as in the regular extreme.
I am a tall guy and absolutely hate wearing the "short" (6" or less) running shorts. These under-armour running shorts are the perfect length and material is light and quick to wick away any moisture. The shorts also have a very comfortable liner inside.

Good purchase, I love the Under Armour material. Good for running, biking, lifting, just about anything. Seller (Road Runner Sports) was a bit lax in contacting me after it got backordered, and it didn''t make it in by Christmas. But the shorts were good.

I am a Gym Rat, working out 4+ times a week for 2 hours a day. I do about 1 hour of free weights then 1 hour of Cardio. My last pair of Harbinger Gloves were stolen from me at the Gym while I showered. They were $40 Harbinger Model 1250(Grey colored,with wrist straps). I loved those gloves, but I did not want to spend another $40 for gloves I may lose or have stolen, so I found these on Amazon for under $15(Harbinger Model 143,Natural). I am very pleased with these gloves. The color natural was better looking in person than in the pics. While these did not have wrist straps, they were as nice as the 1250 Model. Very Well Made, Great Job Amazon!!!! Comfortable and Durable. I have been buying weight lifting gloves for over 20 years, and these can hang with the best. I take a large and these were true to size. Also NO Bleeding from Dye inside the gloves that stains your hands after you sweat the first few times you use them. Also these gloves keep your hands cool while you lift, making your gloves less likely to smell of sweat after you take them off. I apply some talcum powder to my hands before I put the gloves on. And the gloves look and smell very clean. I was very impressed with the stitching, it was very obvious that these were not cheap gloves. I would expect to pay at least $30 for these gloves, not $13.49!!! So I truly felt that I got a bargain. I may just buy another pair at this price as a backup pair. I am satisified with these gloves. However, I had to cut the area between the ring finger and index finger because it was sewn too closely. When my hand was in the glove that area bit into my hand. This product is pretty plain but it serves its purpose. It is made of a polyester material so it is easy to clean up and lightweight for storage when not in use.

This is my second pair of Reebok Zigs. The other ones still feel great, but they were over a year old and looking a little worn out.
