It runs only slightly large for me -I''m 6''2" and about 190-lbs -35-inch waist -about a 44-inch Chest. I got the XL which fits good around the chest and shoulders, but is a little baggy in the mid section area. I wish I could have tried on a Large just to see if it worked for the upper body but was a little more snug around the mid-section. If your going to use it for cycling, and you''re about my same dimensions, you might wanna try the smaller size first to see if it''s snugger -less wind flapping -but not constricting.

I like this jacket and I am sure I will use it a lot. It''s bright hunter orange, warm and light. It breathes well and is somewhat water repellent. I''m not sure if it would hold up in a real downpour but I didn''t want a rain coat. The front, zippered pockets are what you need when you dress in layers. They prevent the contents from falling out,(cell phones) and provide easy access.I watched my riding partners struggling for things in their jerseys while wearing jackets without pockets. The collar is warm and didn''t chafe my neck. I would recommend it to friends!Read Best Reviews of Pearl Izumi Men''s Bellinger Jacket Here
This is a great coat! Its comparable to other light weight down coats I own. I feel I could hit the slopes in this coat, but its for the bike! Might keep you too warm, I use it on those 20 30 degree mornings and its perfect then. Its form fitting like all cycle gear. I am 5''11" and about 150 and ordered a medium, it fits perfect. Was a little worried as I normally wear large, but I typically order all Pearl Izumi a size down. Ordered the OJ color which looks dark in the picture, but in reality is hunter safety orange. I was more stoked it was so bright, defiantly helps with visibility in the morning.
