The machine is slightly wobbley. When the seat is extended up, it becomes wobbley. When standing to exercise, I had to crank the resistence to the max for a decent workout. There is no where to increase the resistence more for a harder workout. When sitting to exercise, I crank the resistence to 1.5 turns from the max.

Impressed at how fast it was at my door too! The machine did have for me 2 hours of assembly, some of the steps were put together already so that helped. I find the resistance to be a decent workout, especially for beginners. It is a bit wobbly but I''m NOT afraid of it breaking because of that. Because the machine has a bike seat as well it prefect to continue moving while resting a bit.

I have attached 3 images to the product above to show this defect. Was really excited about using this piece of equipment and I''m pretty savvy putting things together, but right at the beginning when I went to attach the Front Stabilizer, I realized the manufacturer had left excess metal blob where they welded it. It is big enough that I can''t remove it and it''s in a place where the piece has to fit flush to be stable. Tried to knock out the metal blob, tried to cut it, it is too big. If I used bigger bolts to attach the Front Stabilizer, then it would never fit flush and would always be unstable and moving around. Can''t get around this issue and I''m afraid if I order another one, I''ll get the same problem. Very disappointed that I couldn''t get passed the second step in the assembly instructions after unpacking ALL the many pieces that are required to put together this product. And now I have to pack it back up...very frustrating.

Bought this with high expectations based on reviews. Used it less than a week when the innards started making noise & would hardly move. Husband, who rebuilds cars, bikes, engines, anything broken, put it back. Used it for a couple weeks before it started making horrible noises; husband says the "inner works" are coming apart.

The concept is excellent; when it works, it''s wonderful. But it works for such short stretches that it can not be relied on. Wish I had just gotten either an elliptical (another brand) or a bike, or even just a plain ol'' treadmill because this isn''t something you can count on to work.

Short version: I went through two defective ones with bent parts, that both just fell apart inside and stopped working after minimal use. Do not buy.

The full story:

Attempt #1: Somehow, UPS managed to lose a bulky 75lb package in the mail. The tracking information never got updated after it supposedly left the facility. Neither UPS nor Amazon has a clue what happened.

Attempt #2: Replacement sent from Amazon with free one-day delivery; got here the next day. The front foot bar was bent and did not fit in properly. The low quality nut and bolt just sort of disintegrated and the nut just spun around and around without tightening enough. I was so annoyed by the whole process at this point I just went to a hardware store and bought some bigger stronger nuts and bolts and manged to get it on securely. After one week of light use, maybe 10 to 15 minutes a day with mid-range resistance set and a mild pace, it began to squeak 10 minutes into use. After another 2, there was a noise and all resistance was gone. Completely dead. Something fell apart inside, so Amazon decided to send out a new one.

Attempt #3: Replacement sent from Amazon with free one-day delivery... but got here in three days. I don''t really like UPS anymore. This time I had already deciphered the atrocious instructions and put it together rather quickly in comparison. The handlebars were noticeably crooked on this one, however, it was simple enough to just swap the junk parts from this one for the good parts from the broken one as I was sending the return out the next day. Two days later I sat down on the thing, put it on a good mid-range resistance, and set out to go 15 minutes at a relatively slow pace. TWELVE AND A HALF MINUTES. After 12:30 there was a noise and something came off inside and now it doesn''t work at all. I had a hard time even attempting to get inside the preassembled main drive, and ended up just demanding a refund for this thing. It won''t even last 15 minutes before dying.

So, conclusion: This product is of so low build quality that I would consider it a scam. On the plus side, Amazon customer service has been good.
