T-Core Fitness Trainer for MenOwned it for a week and used it every other day so far. A little bit bigger than I had expected, but can be easily tucked under a bed. Has the three giant rubber bands for resistance -1 rubber band is a joke, I cant imagine it really providing much good for anybody. 2 and 3 are good though. The different exercises for obliques and lower abdominals are nice too. Not a mind blowing machine, you could get the same burn from sit ups. But who likes doing situps? It wont give you 14 pack abs in a week, but feels like it could flatten things and give some definition over time. My only concern is that, like most MFTV products, these rubber bands seem like the sort of thing that could blow up any moment. Knock on wood, right?

I think this product has great potential, and could be a great product if they put some more money into better materials. There are two major problems with it:

1) The yellow horizontal part that goes on your lap is too slippery. It is made of hard plastic, and easily slips around on your clothing. They need to put a neoprene or other non-slip coating on it to prevent this.

2) There is internal friction on the inside of the shaft. The rubber bands rub against the black plastic tube. This is especially noticeable when doing it at an angle when you are working your obliques. It''s not even a smooth resistance. The bands kind of skid across the surface, and often get stuck about halfway down. This is very annoying.

This could easily be a 5-star product if they simply made it out of better materials.

I highly suggest that you do not buy this product if you plan on using it on a regular basis. The bands that provide the resistance are poorly constructed, and they snapped and broke on me within a month of owning the device. Obviously once this happens the product is worthless. Buyer beware!
