this is a good item it works well I bought mine at walmart so i took it back for a small ball..$27.99 is over priced for this when it''s cheaper at walmart where it''s $10.00!

I love this ball! it works really well...I actually have 2! haha. I also love that it comes with a little manual-type-thing where it shows you so many different exercises to do with the ball for all of your different body parts i.e. arms, back, thighs, abs, etc. so you don''t have to guess or buy any extra DVDs. I, too, got both of mine at walmart for $10. I also got someone one as a gift one christmas! this is a great investment.
