Pilates Arc

I am new to pilates and loving it. I was looking for a piece of equipment to go with my reformer.

I purchased a Pilates Trainer System (Bayou Fitness) and it comes with almost everything I need but

not a box. I needed something lightweight also easy to store. I found the Pilates Arc and I am happy

that I purchased it. It is made of dense foam but it is sturdy and strong. The DVD workout is excellent

for all fitness levels. The fact that it can be taken apart easily to use for different challenges makes

it quite useful. The arc fits over the shoulder pads perfectly on the reformer. I also can use the smaller

pad of the arc for a head rest when I am lying flat on the reformer board. So the Pilates Arc is very

versatile and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great piece of equipment.

LOVE the Pilates Arc. After taking pilates for a few years, going without has come with a price on my back! Definitely worth the money to be able to use this at home!
