The Reebok Core Strength Kit with DVD is a perfect way to begin a core strength regimen from the moment you purchase your exercise ball. Prior to my purchase, I had wanted an exercise ball to provide myself with a way to get a full-range core workout. The DVD introduced great core repetitions in an intermediate flowing pace (25 min) session. A great buy for someone looking to strengthen core, arms, and thighs. I have only been using the kit for one week and already can see and feel results.

One reason I got this set is because I finally found a ball in pink. Now I have 1 pink, 2 blue and 3 silver. It is much easier this way especially for when I teach the classes. Everybody has their own and the pink one is all mine. I love it.

The ball is sturdy and perfect for my work outs. I use it A LOT. The weights fit comfortably in my hands and I love the non-slip coating on them. The air pump isn''t great for blowing up the ball when it''s completely flat, but it works fine once you get a little air in there. I have not watched the DVD, but I think it''s nice that it''s included in the package in case I want to use it in the future. Overall, I''m very happy with my purchase.
