I''ve been looking for something like this for the longest time. I get very stiff after working out, and I wanted a stretch strap that was durable, and would last forever. I found it in the Lebert Stretch Strap. Well worth the money. Comes with a disc and a wall chart for your basic stretches. I use this strap every day. Great idea!
