Champion Barbell Single Chrome Handle Cable Attachments

I bought these to make a homemade TRX-type suspension trainer. Very sturdy and easy to use, the knurling on the handles is great (not too light, not too aggressive).

I bought only one of these for unilateral pulley work at my commercial gym. There''s a pair of pulley handles already there for communal use, but usually someone is using them. It is as pictured-consider whether you need a carabiner to go with it (the hole is 1/2"). It is VERY sturdy; highly unlikely to snap or warp. It is heavier than it looks. The grip size (1") looks a bit thick for female hands, but is actually quite comfortable. I use both hands on this handle to do cable chops-the width of the handle accomodates me well. You''d have to have really thick bear-claw hands to consider a different handle of this kind. Inside measurement of handle is 4 11/16" wide. The rolling tube mechanism moves smoothly; at least the one I have does. The textured surface on my handle has marred flat spots, but it does not affect performance. Happy with purchase.

Synopsis: Needed a replacement grip handle for chest press, cable dips, curls etc.

Pros: Good rough grip and hole is large enough for good size clip. Grip is wide enough for my XXXlarge hands (hamhocks)

Cons: As grip rotates around frame during exercise, you can feel the roughness of the inside finish and a clicking noise. This is possibly due to poor weld or burs inside of the grip or on the frame itself.
