Everlast MMA Heavy Bag

I''m not exactly sure why they call this bag an "MMA" bag since I can''t tell the difference between this and a regular heavy bag. However, it''s a great bag for the price. The material feels like it''s of good quality. I definitely would recommend this bag to anyone.

bag is great, and for the price it''s amazing. my only problem was i probably should have gotten an 80 lbs. over 70. they say to get a bag half your weight, but when i started a new training plan i started to outgrow it. not anyone''s fault, just live and learn. but if you''re about 130 lbs. this bag is perfect and it will standu up to the test of time. it''s hanging in my barn in freezing temperatures and still as good as the day i bought it.

I bought this bag last week at Amazon and I am happy with it. I am a beginning aerobic boxer (non combative) 5 foot 9 185 / over 50. The fabric seems durable and the straps and chain were easy to hang on the chinup bar in the basement I never use. 70 pounds is plenty of resistance because I don''t punch that hard. I buy medium quality equipment (speed bag, reflex bag, gloves) so it fit into the budget well. Wear some kind of gloves cause the canvas will scrape your skin. Nice bright red color.

Absolutely love it! only thing i recommend with this is a decent bag hanger and wearing good gloves because the material destroyed my elbows knees and knuckles even when i was hitting light. Mistake learned. The bag seems to be holding up very well after about 2 months of abuse. If you are in MMA you will have no problem distributing the sand throughout the bag since you will be striking the lower part of the bag and so it doesnt gather most of the sand. Overall I''m very happy about this product. Oh and if you are looking to save some money on shipping this offers the super saver unless you want to spend $60+ dollars.
