Good To Go Hi-Lo

Good To Go Hi-LoRob is in rare form. I love it! Just as good or better than his others!

So I wasn''t sure what to expect out of this workout, because I''ve never seen Rob Glick''s work before, but I''ve heard he was good. I like this and he is good. He''s motivating and personable.

In the workout, there is lots of creative patterns that he layers into hi-lo movements. This way, it''s interesting and dancy but you still get the intensity of a good aerobic workout. You learn one complete combination of moves, then once that is learned, you learn another, and then finish it off by combining the earlier combo''s and begin again. It''s not boring which is good. He''s a good cuer so you know what''s up next and it''s only about 45 minutes but that passes quickly because you are having fun.

You have to be warned; it does use complex choreography, but give it a couple of tries and you''ll have it down. I really like this and suggest it to people who don''t have two left feet and are already fit (because it is more geared for advanced exercisers). It''s very enjoyable.
