I am very satisfied with this pilates ring. The price and shipping were incredible but I was a little hesistant because there were no reviews. I thought, "is it too good to be true"? Im glad that I took a chance because I am very happy with it and it works great for my beginning level of ability. I do not know if other rings are stronger or not for more advanced people, but for me this ring and the price are perfect.

recovering from back surgery and a hip replacement at 83 and can''t believe that a simple fitness ring would be as helpful as it has been. Not ready to run a marathon but walking, climbing stairs, enjoying pain free increased range of motion and it helps with watching TV because I pay more attention to my exercising than the programs...which are usually pretty bad!It is awesome. When i received this pilates ring i started to use it immediately and was pleased at how it performed. It is lightweight and sturdy and i even use it while watching TV in order to give me some resistance workout on my inner thighs. Prior to this I used a basketball between my legs and even though it was a good idea, it was awkward and it didn''t give the resistance from the inside out that I was looking for.
