This beanie is the best workout beanie I have ever used. It''s really lightweight, regulates temperature even when you are working hard, and feels very comfortable to wear (especially for those of us who don''t have quite so much hair anymore).

It has a snug fit, which I like because I''m pretty active and I don''t have to worry about it slipping off.

This is a very thin item. It fits well under your helmet. It keeps the ears warm. I use this down to 40 degrees and then I revert to my Assos cold weather gear.

I''d sooner not admit how many of these I have bought, but suffice it to say it''s more than a few. The fit perfectly, just enough to cover your ears and stay snug. The color combinations are a lot of fun and they do a great job of keeping you warm.

The only qualm I have is that Amazon doesn''t show both colors and you sort of have to guess at what''s inside. Also keep an eye on how the size looks in the pictures, I think there might occasionally be two sizes or maybe even another thickness.
