I bought this set from the website last Christmas. I was using it for P90X and it was very compatible. My father and my sister also started working out with these bands so I bought some additional handles and now we all work out together at the same time. I was impressed with the workout booklet and DVD as well. I have tried all 101 exercises! :-)

I''ve been using the bands for about a month now, and had two snap on me. I am stronger than the average individual, so I wouldn''t necessarily attribute this as a reflection on the product itself. I was contact by the company during a follow-up and told them that I had two bands break. All I had to do was take a photo of the broken bands and the two brand new ones arrived just a few days later. I would recommend doing business with this company. I haven''t tried the DVD that came with them yet as I''ve been using the bands for P90X, but I hope to get around to that soon.

The product did not perform up to expectation. i was happy when i initially got it and amped up my exercise regimen, then one morning the orange band snapped while i was stretching it and whipped me in the back...

I purchased these bands for use with P90X and have been very pleased. They appear to be very well made and offer a good range of resistance levels. The door adapter works great and the guidebook helps you master basic moves using the bands. You may need to alter your workout to accommodate the different performance characteristics of the bands, but the results are great --you can really feel the difference.

Fortunately, the P90X videos include at least one person performing all the muscle building exercises using bands, so you can see a pro at work using the same tools. The only exception to this are the free weight exercises in the core synergistics video --but I''ve been able to figure out how to use the bands for these exercises as well.

These bands are the perfect tool for those seeking a more methodical approach to muscle building with a special focus on toning. I would happily recommend these bands to anyone who doesn''t want to absorb the cost of free weights but still wants to get a good workout with multiple muscle groups. Additionally, the product was shipped fast and in great condition upon arrival.
