First, this ball is "true" green, not the color in the photo. Second, there is a terrible "rubber/plastic" smell that gave me a headache when I first opened the package. Only after a couple days in the garage to air-out did the smell dissipate. I shutter to think what the workers that made this product are exposed to. Third, the pump is a joke. Plan to use a bicycle pump. Lastly, the product is what it says it is: an exercise ball. But it is heavy weight which is good and the puncture resistance is needed if you get into advanced workouts or you have dogs/cats that think this big ball is a toy :). When you first receive this ball you should unpack it and let it "age" in your garage for a few days before using it.

I brought this ball and then had in shipped by Aramex, across the world to an isolated part of the world. I opened it and after smelling it and determining it did not smell as one reviewer suggested, I then followed the instructions and inflated the ball. I looked good and I was happy. I closed the door to the room I use as my training room. I came back 24hrs later and as I opened the door my mood deflated, there was this blob laying were my inflated gym ball had been. Thinking hopefully I reflated the ball and checked the pin for the valve and ensured I had placed it correctly. I returned several hours later to find it deflated again. I then thought perhaps that is it you get the exersice pumping the ball up!!Well there is only one suggestion I have, do not buy this product and have it shipped by Aramex halfway around the world, as the quality of this ball will only let you down!!

This was purchased to be used as at my desk. It s the perfect height for my desk, but from reading other reviews I think my desk is a bit taller than normal. This ball came with a hand pump and tape measure so you know exactly how large to pump it. Worked great!
