This stretching rope does not stretch on it''s own but is extremely well designed and strong. During my physical therapy I used another device that broke, so I am glad I found this to replace it.. the strap is wide enough so it does not cut into your foot and the beads on the side give you a firm grip and gives you a guide as to how well you are progressing. An excellent tool for therapy or just stretching!
This is the same type tool used in physical therapy, and so much better than trying to use a towel or a belt to stretch with.

Really simple device better than using an old belt to help stretch. I use it every time I go to the gym. I notice I can stretch a bit more than I could without it. It helps make the harder muscles to stretch a bit less uncomfortable and helping to you to be able to stretch them more. Good product for your money.
