I''m pretty crafty w/ the TRX and these were suppose to add some challenge and just something different to the TRX.. received it w/ no "instructions"..do put them on the black straps AND NOT THE HANDLES, as it did tear 1 of mine.. and just do what you know w/ these... They will indeed strengthen yours fingers and wrists.. and are NOT comfortable at all..
