It may be better as a full harness, but does the job.

This chute gets the job done but I don''t foresee it lasting very long. At this price you can''t expect top quality. Its perfect for getting you ready for your next annual physical training test.

this is one of those that you get what you pay for. item arrived with a small cut in the strap. nothing major but it is there. feels very cheap but for $20 what do you expect. it does function VERY well. just know you may be buying another one in the near future. better off to just spend the more money the first time. but if you want to test to see if it would be used before buying the more expensive item. this would be a good bet.
