adidas Men''s Climacool II 2-Pack No Show Sock (Shoe Size 6-12)

Okay, I love a good pair of socks. I''ve tried ordering some fancy micro-fiber sets off EBay. I''ve gone the value pack at Wall-Mart. Always to be disappointed. I''m not trying to spend $10-$20 a pair, (though at the rate I''ve ordered good "bargains" that ultimately, I never wear, I could have bought a few pretty pricey socks that I do wear) but I digress.

I''m not going to examine the thread-count, or list the pros & cons because ultimately, they''re a $6 a pair and you shouldn''t need a book written about them. Here''s the gist:

They look really good. Stylish, alt materials that separates them from normal cotton bargain bin socks.

They form to your foot well even with the wide 6-12 size range. (I''m 11.5 Mens)They seem to stay in place, unlike other ankle socks I''ve had in the past. They don''t slip under your heal or run so large that they''re overly exposed above the shoe line.

They breath perfectly. I never find my feet too hot or too cold. I would prefer my feet being cool then to being hot and sticky, so if anything these lean towards being very breathable and perhaps cool for some (not me).

I''ve only had them for a few weeks, so I can''t speak to their durability or anything just yet but, I just ordered 4 more pairs. These will be getting heavy rotation from now on. Love them! As much as you can love a pair of socks.

Comfort: they''re really squishy on the bottom, have a nice breathable mesh on top, are comfortably stretchy, and are incredibly soft. They stay soft and stretchy after many washes too.

Fit: I have size 10 feet and it fits fine on me. I believe that it would still fit well for people with size 12 feet as advertised, but i''m not too sure about the rating of size 6... I would think that it''s a little too big for feet around that size. Hopefully other reviewers have better input about this.

Look: I got the white/black/aluminum colored socks. They aren''t ugly, but they don''t look that great.

Durability: they don''t last as long as most socks and they usually develop holes in about half the time as normal socks.

3 stars for having only a decent look, but mostly for lacking durability.

Love these socks, they are very light, comfortable and dry very quickly. They work great with my light weight running shoes designed for barefoot use.

This product is so comfortable and allows my feet to breath better than conventional socks. Plus side is better cushion when running all terrains. Downside I wish I could have gotten one more pair for the price.

Adidas makes my favorite socks without a doubt. I have most styles--peds, low-cut, quarter, etc. and in Climacool, cushioned, and so forth.

These are my least favorite of the bunch. It probably has to do with the fact they are multi-colored but the fabric is bulky in some areas and not others. They also beaded up a little on the first wear.

By no means are they bad but I will likely stick to the solid color versions here out.
