This price was about $10 cheaper than other places I saw these, which is nice.
Overall these are doing exactly what I wanted them to and are comfortable to use. I do wish there was a way to "lock" them so you could have the option of them moving or not moving. That''s why they get 4 out of 5 stars.
To be honest, I don''t really think there is any benefit to twisting your hands while doing pushups, as far as getting a better workout is concerned. However, it''s great to be able to adjust to the most comfortable position possible for you -now my chest is sore, not my wrists. =)The product has a plastic type grip where we insert them into the slots. It took me some time to properly insert it into slot correctly fearing it may break.Oh, and it indded broke when I tried to remove it before shipping back. The problem I felt is the area under the hand grip where the finger tips meet, is hollow and doesnot allow firm grip while doing push ups. Not worth the 20$ when we can get the v2 push up bar for extra $7.it would have been nice if either the manufacturer or the seller had the foresight to disclose the weight limit; which, btw, is 300lbs. yup im''a big dude and i would have appreciated the heads up prior to the seller accepting my money, its called integrity, mofo''s. but for anyone just over the limit i will say that im 325 and they didn''t break. im not saying buy them if you''re over the limit. but if you already have and you aren''t too far over, then do it.I gave this as a gift to a brother-in-law for Christmas and he was excited to prove his push-up skills. It seems to be good quality and I know other friends of mine love this for practicing push-ups as well. This is a simple, cheap, portable, small, and effective workout tool. You can go online and find workout schedules and exercises that will work chest, shoulders, lats, back, core, and some lower body.
