I bought this mat to use while I did the Insanity workout. There''s a ton of high impact running and jumping and it was killing my knees. I''m also using it for P90X where I spend a lot of time on the floor working on abs. This is so much better than any yoga mat. I bought 6 of these tiles, just enough room to do this workout. I loved it so much that I''m going to buy enough to cover my whole workout room, wall to wall. They''re tough and durable. This is the stuff they use in commercial gyms. I put my bench on top of it and it''s stable. I drop weights on it, no problem. Doing crunches on a yoga mat used to kill my tailbone. Not with this mat.

The only complaint I''ve had is while doing side lunges, I sometimes slip a little. I put my yoga mat on top of this mat, just for traction. Though I can do yoga on this mat barefoot without slipping.

Bought these to go with earlier order, but they did not fit (manufacturing problem, not seller error). Sent email and got response within hours (on a Sunday, no less). Pre=paid mailer next morning. Replacement in mail and received within three days. GREAT customer service.

Product is just fine and a great value. Used in casual exercise area in basement. Does the job.

UPDATE: it''s January 2013 and these tiles are in great shape still more than two years later.

I purchsed these mats so that I could place in my garage and do some wieght lifting on. It is a considerable amount of space that the mats cover so I have room for my equipment and room to do some P90X without moving my equipment. The mats are a little slick and have a hard time getting a good grip when doing certain excercises but really cant beat the price.

I ordered these for mats in my basement around my sons weights to protect the floor from the steal plates. They went together well and have held up fine for several months.

I bought this mat as the flooring for an old guest room in my house turned gym! It works perfectly!!! It is super soft, but not too soft that when I jump I lose balance. The squares fit together perfectly! I have noticed that if it''s not pushed against the wall it will move when I exercise, but other than that they are great! And if you have a small space like I do, this are more than enough coverage for what I need! :)
