Just received this belt today and it looks pretty serviceable. I couldn''t find the sizing information anywhere, including the ALTUS website, which is just incredibly poor customer care. The large fits me quite well (I have a 35" waist) and leaves a very small gap in the inner belt but the velcro strap is really long and attaches in the back (or the front if you put the buckle in the back) and this is a bit unwieldy. It''s difficult to get good tightness. Decent belt for the price.The sizing is on the tag for the belt. ALTUS says:
SMALL 22 28 in
MEDIUM 28 36 in
LARGE 36 44 in
X-LARGE 44 52 in

I needed a new belt and I researched a lot before choosing this belt and am glad I did. Its a heavy nylon web with WIDE and overlong velcro fastener and heavy metal loop.This is the nicest belt I have seen. Love it.
