I made a similar mistake as other reviewers and ordered a size too small. I have never needed a size large pants from any brand so I was quite surprised when the medium was undoubtedly too small. Also, they''re not really that warm (possibly because they''re too small...), so even if they had fit I don''t think I would have been able to use them at the temperatures I was hoping. I would consider them more of Fall gear rather than Winter gear (at least, here in Chicago).

These are my first pair of winter tights. I was looking for something to keep my legs warm while biking. These are perfect, so perfect that I now wear them for running as well. My only suggestion is to buy them a size larger. I wear a size 6, ordered a small, and they fit me extremely snugly.

I bought these tights in large. I wear small. I read reviews about their fitting a bit tight. Large is excellent for me. They do fit higher waist than usual which is appreciated in cold weather. Nice purchase!

The pants are good quality construction and durable. Make sure you order a size higher up, the small is more like size 0. If you wear a size 4 in normal pants the small size will compress tightly and the back may ride down while you are riding a bike or working out. My friend who is slightly smaller than me also complained that they were tight and she usually wears an extra small in clothing.
