hated this everytime I got into it at a good pace it would be on top of a wall or furniture so then I would have to get off and move it back to the center of the room again great idea if they could figure at something so it would stay put

It does work, you do feel a great workout.

You will sweat but, you''ll start in one end

of the room and end on the other side. I really hate

that about it. I wanted it so I could watch

T.V. and work out, but I have to constantly

keep repositioning it. I even put 25 lb weights

on each side and I still kept moving. I wish he

would come out with something to stop it from moving

across the room.
