This is one heck of a training DVD! Other SPINERVALS DVD''s take place with one group, and Troy brings them up and down for an evenly paced workout. This one is much more intense in that it is a "best of" from many groups all at the height of their sweat-producing workouts. I recommend this if you are looking for a high-intensity, long duration workout! Take the next day off.
