SPRI Sponge Ball

I use this ball in my pilates class but wanted to practice more at home. This ball was the identical one I use at the gym and it comes with its own stick for you to blow up manually, thank goodness.

I love the Spri ball for all kinds of exercise purposes it''s often used in floor exercises, but it''s also very fun and invigorating to bounce on the floor or against the wall (switch hands to exercise your brain). There is something engagingly lightweight and spongy about it that makes it feel really good and bounce really well. However, I have to wonder what kind of terrible odor the plastic (or vinyl?) must emanate, because it''s being covered up by an overpoweringly strong and unappealing perfume odor. I washed the ball several times in lots of dish detergent, but I still get a strong odor on my hands after touching it. Anyone with perfume sensitivities would faint. Hopefully this will fade with time.

I purchased this to use for some back and hip streches I had learned in pilates class I was a little aprehensive being this ball was priced quite a bit less then everything else I had found. When it arrived I was worried because it felt sticky, however after washing it with hot water the stickyness went away and it works perfect for the streches, I can now do them every day and have been feeling great since.

I bought this SPRI ball after using it in Pilates class. I loved it so much I had to have one at home. The SPRI ball is super helpful for stretching and taking pressure off the low back. I use this ball daily and cannot do without it.
