These gloves are heavy and they have strong wrist support which is crucial. No need to tape up hands even for heavy bag work. These gloves are exactly what I wanted.

These gloves provide well enough padding for heavy bag training. Also the support and cushion is well provided in the gloves. I''ve had these gloves for a month now training 3-5 times a week and are still in excellent condition. I''ve had them for about 6 months, and I use them 2-3 times a week on thai pads or a heavy bag while training muay thai. they''ve held up great. Remember to wrap your hands properly with these as they don''t have great wrist support.
