FR60 Watch with Heart Rate Monitor

Fitness Watch with Heart Rate Monitor - Womens BlackI just got this in the mail and am so disappointed. There was nothing to indicate that this does not come with the ANT+ USB connect stick needed to "wirelessly download data to your computer" Anyway just wanted others to be aware that you will have to add an additional $32 purchase to be able to download your data to your computer making this watch NOT such a good deal.

I love this watch and band. It is comfortable to wear and accurate. I use these items when exercising at the gym. I used to try and get my heart rate from the machine I was on, but it always slowed me down and was never correct. I just look at my wrist watch now as it displays everything I need to know at a glance. I purchased 2 of these and gave one to my daughter. Hers works a little easier than mine does. My buttons are a little harder to push. I am working through this and love the product.

Since my workouts change everyday for weight loss and ultimate conditioning, I needed a way to monitor easily where my heart rate is. I have weight to lose and am working steadily on getting in shape. This has been a tool to make that easier to monitor.

This is my third fr60 garmin. It''s very easy to use and the display is great and big enough to see during the running.

The problem with this garmin that you need to replace the battery once a year and you can''t

Open it so you need to replace the watch.

I received this watch for my birthday in 2011. I am a runner who swims 1 to 2 times a week. I wore the watch on runs and in the pool. In the first year the strap on the watch broke. Garmin replaced it with no hassle. Before another year was out, the strap on the watch broke again. This time Garmin charged me $49 for a refurbished watch. While their representatives were nice, they could not address problems with the watch. Also, during runs, I had trouble pushing the buttons on the watch to start or stop the timer. They seemed not to respond when I tried to push them, and I had to slow down or stop running to get the timer going or to mark a mile. When and if the strap breaks on this 3rd watch, I think I am done with the FR 60. The inflexible watch band does not hold up for anyone doing more than moderate exercise and the buttons are not great to log mileage during runs.
