Decent option for the price, not too sturdy but will get the job done. I prefer the stability of larger ab wheels, but if your typical commercial gym is too obsessed with Smith machines to have an ab wheel, then this isn''t a bad way to go.
This is actually quite sturdy for a ab wheel. its alot easier to work with vs the larger ones, maybe because im short (65inches tall). But the larger ones at the gym I have used before seem to be more wobbly. This is great and compact for storage.
