I just received this today. It came in two boxes and was relatively easy to set up, especially for someone like myself with limited mechanical skills! It seems pretty solid, however, it seemed to flex or move more than I expected when I put an Olympic bar with plates on it, but after tightening all the bolts it seems rock solid. I loaded up 300 pounds on the bar and no problem.I bought this due to the supposed high weight capacity. I expect it to hold well over 300 pounds on the bar and myself. We will see.
The company informed me it can support at least 800 pounds.
