I bought the Fitness by Cathe Latex Figure 8 Toning Tubes with DVD (Yellow / Light) to help with an arm program I was using in getting back to working out. It is durable and worked really well. I am stronger now and moved from the light/ Yellow band to a medium/red one. The handles are comfortable and the DVD is easy to follow. I like all products from Cathe.
