It`s perfect. Warm and very nice to wear. I have recommended it to other people. It is just an A-plus.
Love the long sleeves and thumbholes (i''m 5''10 and i''m usualy struggling to find something with a long sleeves).
Fit is perfect. When i put it on for the first time i coudn''t believe how great if fits, feels and looks.
Long on the body just enough to use as a midlayer when cycling in winter (long sleeves help here as well). Hood fits perfectly under a helmet.
When you close the zip the ''collar'' comes high enough to give some protection to the neck.
There are two tiny pockets one on the chest (mp3) and one one the side (energy gels, keys, etc) just what you need for running.
I can recommend it highly enough.
I love the fact that it doesn''t look too technical (like smartwool phd hoodies) and can be worn as a casual top.
I don''t mind the lack of standard side pockets as it would add bulk and change the look.
Well done icebreaker.
The only thing i would modify: add a zip guard or make it slightly offset as it can rub my chin when cycling and running.
Oh, and one more thing, if you''d decide to make a cycling version just by adding 3 back pockets then i think i''d need to buy it in all available colours:)
It would be a perfect casual cycling top.
Icebreaker there''s a huge gap in the market for casual ladies cycling clothing.
(for some reason women''s icebreaker cycling tops have a horrible design, flower patterns, colours, and they run short on the body i''m staying well clear of it, men''s range looks fantastic though)
I am highly recommending this hoodie. Would give it 10 stars if i could.This is a great jacket. It fits well and is very warm. The only thing missing is pockets and it would be much better with them. There is only one pocket on the chest that really isn''t that great. You can fit a key in there and thats about it. If you are short like me and don''t have very long arms its hard to take advantage of the thumb holes. Also, there is another opening in the wrist area and I can only surmise this is so you can look at your watch without having to pull the sleeve up. Its great for someone with long arms because the hole doesn''t gape open and let cold air in like it does for me. I have to pull the sleeves over my fingers to close the hole. If you have short arms you may want to look at another jacket because of the wrist opening. It does present a problem for me but I like the fit so well I am still giving 4 stars. If I had longer arms I would rate this at 5 stars.
