This sports bra really doesn''t offer much support especially if you do any sort of high impact aerobics. The material is very thin, which in mixed company can be a bit "uncomfortable". The material is soft, but you definitely could not wear this alone like the model in the picture. Glad I only purchased one and I will not be buying anymore of these.
