I am looking for the fat burning workout and too early to say if this works,but I realized ow easily it is to push yourself from the fat burning zone to the lactic zone, which does not burn fat as well. This workout, as per the usual format, are four groups of interval training with each group of intervals increasing in cadence and hence lower resistance. By the last group of intervals you are spinning above 100rpm with 20 seconds on and 5 seconds off at 20x. Expect to sweat, but watch the tension in your legs.. It should not be painful or fatigue-like! The latter was harder to maintain. It has warm ups and warm downs so you are working hard for 45 minutes. Went really quickly even though the high number of repetitions within each group of intervals did make me loose focus a couple of times. Music was so-so, but since it was my first time, I tolerated it, most likely to have it switched off next time!I like the instructions, just like the spin classes and the workout is tougher; okay music not great but I can improvise on my own. Looking forward to work on the other aerobic based DVDs.

This is a great spinning workout video for building your Aerobic base. It''s not too hard and not too easy. For the most part you just follow along with what Coach Troy tells you and the other cyclists are doing. I wish he did a better job explaining where your heart rate should be but I think he gets the idea across.Want Spinervals Competition Series 28.0 - Aero Base Builder VI Discount?
I always enjoyed the aero base builder series. Aero Base builder VI is good and compact, in that it only takes 1 hour. If you''ve used the other base builder series then you know what to expect. My main criticism is that I didn''t like the location they used to shoot the DVD, I didn''t like looking at it for an hour. The workout is pretty good though, and gets your legs ready for the season and better workouts.
