The last I heard from Stamina was three weeks ago. A customer service agent explained that she will discuss this matter with a supervisor.
Since the purchase of this machine it has been a complete disaster.
First the purchasing company said they could do nothing for me, because their 60 day return day policy had expired. It took 3 weeks for them to mail the product to me. So technically I had the bike for a month when the loud scraping noises that led to the elliptical becoming inoperable.
From there Stamina mailed a new main frame. Within 2 weeks, this main frame continued to make the same loud grinding and thumping noises as the first part. During this time my neighbors called the landlord because the noise was so very loud. The landlord visited to see all the oil on the carpet from the elliptical. Landlord threatened to to give us a three day notice if another complaint and he bashed us for the damage on the carpet. The oil came from changing the main frame the first time, a terrible experience. My husband and i argued terrible that day.
So now I am out $260 and a useless elliptical sitting in my small living room life a pink elephant. From time to time my husband yells at me and the elliptical. The outcome of purchasing a stamina product has been so terrible that my circle of Friends and family call stamina products the DEAMON MACHINE.
Please may I have my money back. So that i can have peace between my husband and I. Also, be able to purchase another exercise machine that will help me loose wight. please i had invested my trust in the stamina products but the result has become an endless nightmare.
Please return my money.
Also, look into your products as perhaps defective.
Please help.
Sincerely,
AnnaI wasn''t expecting much from this equipment but it was the only thing that interested me that I could get with the reward points amassed on my credit card. So I figured it was worth a shot. I''m actually pretty happy with it.
Assembly was easier than I''d expected. I''m a 50 year old single woman, and had no trouble putting it together. It''s also light enough for me to move around the house by myself if I take my time and watch out for my shins.
Other than the occasional little squeak that comes and goes, it''s been a champ. I set up a box fan in front of it, put my headphones on, and can happily do 5.5 6.5 mph on it for 30-60 minutes daily. I''ve had it for a month now and it''s doing fine.
It isn''t a heavy duty machine and personally I wouldn''t recommend it for anyone over 150 pounds. Those plastic footpads are not very sturdy. On the plus side though, it doesn''t take up any more space than a reclining chair, which has made it easy to fit into my crowded house.
Overall I''m pleased with it and think it''s reasonably priced if around $150-160.

The equpment was easy to assemble, however the poles on the paddles are to long it scrapes my floors, the left paddles comes off the rollery. It works best when I am peddling backwards.Read Best Reviews of Stamina Dual Action Elliptical Here
I was missing parts when I received mine, but customer service was great and I received replacements in less than a week. Assembly took a couple of hours. After my hubby put it together, the front of the pedal bars was scraping the ground, but I figured out that the front stabilizer was backwards making the roller sit too low. Once I fixed that it worked great!Want Stamina Dual Action Elliptical Discount?
I have had similar issues with this elliptical, though I bought mine from Walmart. Assembly was not bad. At first I was happy with the elliptical and it worked fine, but then it starting to have problems. After using this machine for 3-4 times a week for about 6 months it started making the grinding noises and becoming harder to operate. I noticed black powder forming on the floor underneath the machineI''m pretty sure it was dried oil/lubricant coming off the chain inside. At this point it is un-usable. I would not recommend this machine.
