I received this watch as a Christmas gift. While it does its intended purpose well, the instructions provided with the watch are absolutely vague and terrible. Because of this, it will take quite a while to figure out how all of the functions work (I''m still in that stage). The display is nice and big so it is easy to see the information and the light is effective in illuminating the display during dark hours, there is also a feature that turns the light on with the press of any button between 7PM and 6AM. Although I haven''t tried to watch for cycling, I really only see this watch as a running aid to map and track your run date. The information for a run is very detailed, tracking your overall run time, distance, pace, calories burned, and speed is all relatively simple. Depending on your location it may take a while to link up with GPS satellites, so be warned. I am not sure how accurate this watch is in calculating distance traveled, however. I went on a 10.26 mile run and other people''s phones were reading about a .5 mile over my end result. Might just be the phones though.Overall, for the money spent on the watch compared to others on the market, I think this is a good buy as long as you''re using it for running. As a day-day watch I would not recommend it, there are simply too many features to scroll through and the stopwatch time is complicated to delete/reset.

Received this watch last week and so far it has worked well. I need a no frills GPS which it is. It also includes a stop watch and alarm. Picks up the satellite fairly quickly and seems to give good mileage readings. I was concerned about the battery lasting, however I ran 20 miles this weekend (approx 5 hours) and the rechargable battery still had 40% power left.On the down side, maunal is a little sketchy and there are some features on the watch that I have no idea how to use. I tried to look up the brand on the web and found nothing.
For the price, approx 1/3-1/4 less than your average GPS watch, I would recommend this one.
