This product is definitely a high quality slimmer belt. Better quality than you''ll find in stores at your local retailer. The materials are superior, the stitching is superior, the support is superior and the velcro is superior quality and has a far greater surface area to create a more comfortable fit and adjustable size for its users. The back support insert even helps stabilize the core. The only problem I had with this item is that the min/max waist size for this size belt is not included in the description. It supports a max 44 inch waist size for those who would like to know before purchasing.

This belt is very well made, high quality construction, but it was significantly larger than I expected it to be. I didn''t see any size indication (other than ''one size fits all'') but the sticker on the belt itself clearly reads, "XL / XXL" which is far too large for me. I''m 5'' 11" and 170lbs with a 34" waist. I ended up returning and getting a smaller belt, but this would great for larger guys.

i cant say that ive developed my 6-pack since i got it but its a great fit and has me sweating like a fat kid... fits extremely tight so this size fits me (im a 5''8" 175 lbs sz 32 waist) fine without using the added support straps
