Icebreaker Men''s Sierra Hood

I got this hoodie last month and have been wearing it daily since then.

It has a nice athletic cut (similar to Arcteryx clothing), so order up a size if you like your clothing a bit baggy. I like it fairly close-fitting and got a medium (am 5''10", 170 lbs).

It has all the benefits of wool: good temperature regulation, warm in cold weather, surprisingly cool-wearing in warm weather, and no odor funkiness (unlike synthetics). This piece also is supersoft inside and fairly soft outside--no wool scratchiness.

I had an Arcteryx pullover of similar thickness and haven''t worn that since buying the Icebreaker Sierra.

One other note: the hood doesn''t fit like your average hoodie''s hood. If you zip up all the way with the hood on, you get a very warm hood that is tight around your head, so great in case you didn''t bring a hat and it''s a bit cold outside.

A nicely made warm jacket but somewhat large for its size. I normally wear medium but ordered small and still have lots of room. If you intend to wear this as a middle layer as I do, consider sizing down.
