Nylon Padded Dip Belt w/ Chain

Very adequate and fulfills expectations. The nylon tends to slip more than the leather but the leather belt is a lot more inflexible. You decide. I recommend this belt for dips and pull-ups.

This is a pretty good piece of equipment. It is fairly well constructed and the chain length will easily accommodate a 45 lb. Olympic weight plate. The only reason that I didn''t rate this as 5 stars was because it tends to slip down some users hips during use. This becomes a little annoying when the athlete is concentrating on getting his prescribed reps.

Very sturdy, I strapped 90 lbs to it to do negatives on the chin-up bar and it held perfectly fine. I''ve had this belt for a few months and have had no problems. Chain is a little too short to loop 1 plate and then attach the chain to the starting loop comfortably, but I never really was used to doing that anyways (I thread the chain through the open loop, then thread the plate, then attach it to the same loop).
