I have only positive comments on this unit. It was relatively easy to assemble; but two people are definitely needed. It is a smooth workout and I like the different levels of difficulty. Definitely a five star!I would advise anyone looking at the extended warranty with icon fitness to NOT purchase it. I did the same day I bought my elliptical and four months later, I am still trying to get my contract. I finally told them to forget it and refund my money. The warranty doesn''t go into effect till 2014; but they still wanted to penalize me 10% or $25.00. Do NOT deal with this company!
