LES MILLS PUMP Ultimate Cross Training Deluxe DVDs

I been working out to the Les Mills Body Pump DVD set for a few months now, my body is leaner and looking really great. I just started with the "Ultimate Cross Training Deluxe DVDs". They compliment the Pump series.

I have the Les Mills Pump DVDs and wanted to give the Cross Training Deluxe a try. I am hooked on the Combat DVD. I do not have step yet so I haven''t tried the Step workout and the Sports Attack is good but short so it''s nice to do this after you do the Pump Extreme workout so you feel like you have gotten a good workout but love Combat. It makes me feel strong and empowered. Definitely would recommend.
