First of all if you like feeling the floor through your exercise mat then this is the mat for you. I also did not realize it came with a loose fabric around the so called padding. If it wasn''t such a pain and I wasn''t so lazy I would return it. $50.00 is way too much for this. I recommend staying away from this product it''s not so "sunny".

fold up nicely, but not a lot of protection for a fall. Also, very sliperly and moves around on tile and hardwood.

This mat was just as described. I bought this to workout on a concrete floor and thought that the thickness would be protect my body. Wrong, it is thick but it is not dense. I can feel the floor through the mat. I may have to buy somthing else to put under the mat.

this product is cheap compared to the others on amazon that started over $100! I live in a small apartment and can''t ford a gym so bought this to take outside for gymnastics and martial arts training.
