We Sell Mats 1/2" Thick High Quality Foam Interlocking Anti Fatigue Mat Charcoal Gray

Black 24 SQFT We Sell Mats 1/2'' Thick High Quality Foam Interlocking Anti Fatigue Gym Mat with BordersThese are great quality mats, especially for the price. My wife and I are using them for our P90x and Insanity workouts and you cannot tell there is a tile floor underneath them. We were on the fence between the 1/2" and 3/4", but happy we went with the 1/2". It seems to be about the perfect balance of support without being too spongy. I would not want anything thinner on a hard surface. They fit together easily and do not slide or move on the floor (I did not put down any adhesive). With all of the up and downs in Insanity, these are the perfect mats.

We''ve had the mats for a oouple months, and we''ve been very happy with the purchase.

1. No annoying smell

2. Everything fit together as planned (you will likely have extra ''edge'' pieces which is nice in case something gets damaged)

3. Although with heavy items (weights, treadmill, etc...) these mats will dent, and initially it seems permanent. However, I''ve noticed that over time the dents diminish to the point where it''s not obvious or annoying. (I''m only using my dumbells for this assessment. I would imagine dents from something very heavy may not come back as well.)

Overall, no complaints.

I ordered these mats specifically to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in my house. I took a chance on the thickness as I had never purchased mats before. The 1/2" thick should be fine for medium-high intensity ground work. You won''t feel the floor through the mats unless you do something like elbow straight down in to them. That being said, I wouldn''t take the chance of doing throws or shooting takedowns without knee pads. If you land flat you should be fine but any angle from a height might get you banged up. Also, I''m 175 lbs so your results may vary.

100 sq ft gives you a nice 10x10ft area which is far more than you get on a crowded mat when training at a school. I''d recommend this exact order. Certainly worth the $.

If you''re thinking about going thinner you MIGHT be able to get away with it if you only plan on drilling or flow rolling. At 1/2" I think you could turn up the intensity just short of throws and still be safe.

These are very nice mats. Tighly interlocking, easy to clean/wash, resist abrasion and generally improve standing comfort when working. I purchased them both for use in my workshop to protect falling tools and also for my puppy play room. The puppies love the increased traction they get when running jumping and playing and I love how easy it is to clean up the occasional accident.

My five star rating reflects both the quality and price of the mats but more importantly the quality of the seller (We Sell Mats). I accidently received a couple packs of non-matching tiles in my order. I contacted the seller and within hours (even after they were closed for the day) I was contacted by a friendly rep (Missy) who promptly got the correct mats out to me with no extra cost or grief. I was told to keep the extra mats. Mistakes happen (we are all human) and the way a company handles them really says a lot about them. We need more companies like this. Bravo!

Buy with confidence. You will be happy.

Bought this for my girlfriends workout room so she can stop killing herself on concrete floors. The first week all the pain in her knees, back and legs went away. This was a lot cheaper on Amazon than in big sporting goods stores, thicker and higher quality in appearance.

Would highly suggest this to anyone needing some padding for a workout surface. I can''t speak for how it will hold on to wood floors but on polished concrete it doesn''t budge even when she gets going.
