Bought these for Tapout XT, Snapped the clips off 2 of the bands within the first week of the workout and I''m not a big guy at 5''6" and 160 lbs. The bands themselves are durable but the attachments for the handles are secured poorly and do not last. I would not recommend these to anyone.

Withing two weeks of using these bands, three had broke while using them. I was refunded half my money and able to keep the rest of the bands. But then another one broke!!

When I first got my bands in the mail, I was excited. This set is much more practical than a set of small dumb bells. It came with a 2 page "quick start" guide which was pretty drab with pictures that were hard to see, but I wasn''t going to let that keep a good product down. Between YouTube and referencing my favorite workout out book (the title I omit for the sake of staying on topic) I had a workout routine to put these bands to the test.

After one month of almost daily use, I can happily report that the bands are exactly how they were when I first received them. They have not (permanently) stretched, fallen apart or broke over the course of my own person stress test which included short-burst exercises and squeeze-and-hold exercises.

One of my favorite thing about the bands is that they are people-magnets. Trust me, if you leave them out when you are entertaining people, 4 out of 5 people will try them out. My friends do not workout. That did not stop an impromptu workout party from breaking out after a glass or two of wine.

Any exercise I wanted to do, this set had me covered. While I won''t be skipping the gym for these bands, they sure do come in handy when I just can''t make it there or I need to get in a quick workout to keep my energy level up during the day. All in all the product I received is an excellent product in terms of practicality and reliability.

I use these for arm excercises and it was just what I needed. something inexpensive and sturdy enough to give me the resistance I needed for excersising.
