Billy Blanks Tae Bo Abs & Tae Bo Extreme, 2 -DVD SET!

I have several of Billy Blanks DVDs and I like them... some better than others. This is a very good ab/workout video. I felt the burn and you can''t beat the price. I was a little shocked the first time I did the workout because I expected a regular workout with a focus on abs...not so. Billy keeps your focus on your abs the entire time. It is a great workout, and if you stick with it, you will get results.

I love Billy blank''s workout. Most of the movements are very simple ,not hard at all. Very few was little bit hard .I am 54 when I do all the movements anybody can do it. But do not stop try to do as much as you can do. Don''t give up. You can modify the movement little bit the way you want but keep moving. I like the way Billy encourages every minute of his programme. The movements are quick and you don''t get bored at all. I ejoyed From the beginning to an end of this exercise. I can feel it melts away the pound right away. I have been using Billy'' s DVDs for a year and I bought almost all the DVDs of him most of the DVDs have the same movements except few changes here and there. All his DVDs are 55 minutes and you sweat like anything.Once I finished the exercise I feel so great and looking forward for the next day to start. Sometimes if I have time I do one DVD in the morning and one DVD in the evening. I strongly recommend this DVD for someone who wants to loose weight faster. Totally I love this DVD. Thanks billy

not see my six pack because I don''t do it everyday but I think if you use the dvd everyday for about 30 minutes you could get a flat tummy too
