At half the cost of other free standing dip stations I was prepared for poor workmanship and finish. I was delightfully suprised by the quality of this product. Very sturdy and stable with a near perfect fit and finish. The knurling on the dip handles is very even and just aggressive enough to give good grip without absuing the skin on the hands. The item arrived in a single box with all hardware included. The parts fit together perfectly. The only slight negative is the assembly instructions. Only an exploded diagram was provided. However assembly is straight forward and simple enough that no instructions are needed.

This is an awesome dip stand. I am going to be building a dipping belt for it and do some weighted dips! You end up pretty high in the air with this one since its almost 4 feet high (47 inches). But thats not a bad thing. This is a really great dip stand. I love it!

This dip station easily assembles in a matter of minutes. I weight 185 lbs and this dip station is very stable. No rocking, wobbling or moving. The material is very solid. The station can also be used to do abdominal crunches by resting your arms on the parallel bars. I am very pleased with this purchase.
