They are not a heavy resistance like they say. Okay for beginners. Would not recommend this product if you are use to using dumbells in the water also the bar could be a little wider.

I am very pleaed with these dumbells...they are a little heavy for me, at age 78, but they do give me the resistance I need in the water...I would recommend them to anyone who wants to make this part of their exercise routine.
