BODY Bounce Circuit is a great beginner/intermediate workout. The instructor, Abbie Appel has a calm manner and gentle voice. Her instruction is spot-on and she takes time (especially in the beginning) to explain how to workout on a rebounder. There are two other instructors behind her, one does more advanced moves and one does beginner moves.
The workout itself is around 55 minutes. It begins with ''getting familiar'' with the trampoline and easy bounces. Then it moves into the circuits, each of which consists of about 5 minutes of cardio (rebounding) and a few minutes of strength (both on and off the trampoline). A cool down and abs section completes the workout. The music is nothing special but I did not find it distracting or irritating.
This workout is nicely balanced between strength and cardio, the moves are easy to follow and instruction is excellent. Personally, I enjoy a good workout without a lot of yelling and hard-core, too loud music. Abbie is always encouraging "Can you do two more? I know you can!"
However, if you are looking for a super-intense, all-out, in-your-face workout like some of the newer (2011) rebounder workouts, this is not the one to get. If you are considering getting this one, you can see a short video of it on the JumpSport website.I really enjoy this workout video. The instructor is very positive and motivational. The routine is broken up into 4 (I think) cario segments each followed by a strengthening segment. It ends with an ab workout and stretching session. I use this at least once a week on my JumpSport and really love it! The music is also fun to workout to.The workout is good. I actually became winded which is rare for me. But the sound quality is poor. The instructor speaks into a small microphone and it sounds bad. But I would buy it again if it broke.
