Kettleworx Ultra 10 DVD set - Six Week Body TransformationI was so excited to get this set of videos-they were shipped and arrived quickly that much was great; Mr Shanahan''s idea''s are good however, the actual workout sequences'' are terrible choppy, he''ll do 3 reps on one side, then switch sides and do 6. Most of the workouts are cut/paste sections from the other workouts no real rhyme or reason. As I watched, I kept thinking that the DVD was either skipping, or reversing.

I bought the 6 week body transformation. I have been using this system for several weeks and I feel fantastic. I have lost inches. My jeans fit again again and my posture has improved. I am only 40 years old but have lupus and arthritis and I can do this program. Actually, my joint pain has improved dramatically. In my younger years I was a runner and always in excellent shape. Once I became ill, I had to stop running and missed it. These workouts give you a much better, quicker workout than running. Yes, it is repetitive. But, if you know anything about workouts, you need repetition to break down the muscle and build it back up again.Its better to do 3 sets of one exercise spaced apart then it is do all 30 reps at once. I like the repetition. I am not coordinated and with the repetition I know whats next and I get a complete workout, instead of trying to figure out what they are doing and catching up. By then they are on to the next exercise. Not all of us are die hard exercise fans. This workout is slow to moderately paced. The moves are not difficult and they do not strain your joints. After 10 days, 3-4 days a week, I feel stronger, leaner and my old jeans fit. I have already lost an inch in my waist and my husband can see definition in my belly. My upper arms that were getting flabby are much tighter and by summer I will be wearing whatever I want. Ladies, this is a good investment. I belong to the gym and was going 4 days a week for about an hour plus 20 min drive there and back. I didnt feel this good going to the gym. Give it a try. You wont regret it. I even bought the 10 dvd system for my 66 year old mom for mothers day. I want her to feel as good as I do. Dont listen to the negative reviews. Some people like fast paced or more difficult. Some people like things complicated. My question is , Why, when you can feel great in less time with less effort. And when my husband looks at me and says, wow!, well thats all I need to know that this works.

I was somewhat hesitant to order after reading some of the reviews about this product but I was looking for a new workout. I really like these videos. Many of the exercises are repeated in the different DVDs but it''s nothing to worry about. Many reviews also said that the number of repetitions that were done were uneven, which they are. There are two sets for each workout. All you have to do is switch the side (left or right) that you start on to fix this.

I bought this set through groupon and I really like it. I bought a 5# kettlebell. I hadn''t been exercising in quite a while so I found week 1 cardio challenging but then I quickly got stronger. I just finished week 5. My abs are definitely stronger. I don''t want to jump around the exercises like others said. I had 5 years of personal training and while I saw some bad form, it wasn''t egregious. I really enjoy the workouts. The time ( about 26 minutes) is perfect for me before work. Yes, the editing is sloppy. There are a few places where the sound gets soft or the screen flickers and it''s repeated in every edit, but it is barely noticeable. I''ve done the three main (core, resistance, cardio) DVDs religiously. Haven''t done the other targeted areas yet, but I''ll get there. I''m going to buy a 10# kettle bell and start the series over.

Really like this DVD set and my kettle balls works all the muscle groups plus cardio and all in 20" which is what I like the most! Week 3 and feeling the results ;-) Only regret is the kettle ball set I purchased is 5-10 and 15 and 5 isn''t enough 10 is too much right now and I''ll probably never use the 15. 5-8 and 10 would have a better pick for me.
